Block Diagram and Specifications Development Service
This service is included in Pilot Project Service and does not require any additional charge. This service provides access to BSCS Configurator web-application.
BSCS Configurator
What is it?
BSCS Configurator is a web-application that allows creating block diagrams for the proposed monitoring system in a convenient online mode.
The only thing that is required is to input the number and types of sensors to be used (the recommended amount and types of sensors are defined in Monitoring Methodology).
BSCS Configurator configures recommended block diagram of the BSCS system. The configurator ensures functionality of the resulting scheme, since in generating process it takes into account all recommended hardware peculiarities, such as compatibility and limitations of protocols and interfaces, the voltage drop in the supply lines and stuff.
The detailed characteristics of the equipment with which the tool is running, can be found in the BSCS Knowledge Base.
Interactive preview mode of the obtained schemes is available, as well as easy export to AutoCAD and other compatible software.
How does it work?
- The User having the already developed Monitoring Methodology inputs the data on the number and types of sensors to-be-used.
- Configurator builds a block diagram for the system and generates a specification.
- The user imports the resulting scheme into AutoCAD format, adjusts it in accordance with applicable regulations of his country and uses the formation of Pilot Project.
- Then the data obtained during generation of Structural scheme are also used when working with Project Documentation Development Service.
