Maintenance Support Service

What is it?

Maintenance Support is a paid service provided to subscribers.

If you do not have the possibility to organize a 24-hour duty, or do not have enough qualified staff to ensure proper BSCS functioning, you can use this service.

The Service includes the following services:

  • Remote 24-hour BSCS duty and dispatching personnel functioning
  • Remote monitoring BSCS basic hardware and software units status
  • Remote BSCS System Software Maintenance
  • Consulting duty operators of the site on AWS software
  • Software Troubleshooting

If necessary, the list of services can be adjusted. The cost of a standard set of services can be calculated by using BSCS Calculator. This service is available only in case of creating BSCS system with BSCS Developer Services: Online Pilot Project (Monitoring Methodology Development Service), Detailed Design (Monitoring Passport Development Service), BSCS Commissioning Support (BSCS Software Adaptation Service).

How does it work?

The User selects required services and terms and makes a payment. Providing services starts from the moment the funds come to the account of the Contractor. If necessary, additional agreement for optional list of services (not included into standard list of services) is attached to the main Service agreement.
