What is it?

Pilot Project development is the first stage of BSCS development for any site to-be-monitored. At Pilot project stage, basic fundamental approaches to solving the monitoring task are chosen; basic equipment, types and quantity of sensors are selected. Finalization of all technical decisions taken at Pilot Project stage, preparing them to the level of assembly work is carried out at Detailed Design stage.

BSCS Developer Service website provides the user with a package solution for the development of Online Pilot Project stage; in case of a single purchase the user can use all the services included in this package for an unlimited time and for an unlimited number of projects (sites). The package includes the following services:

• Block Diagram and Specifications Development Service;
• Project Documents Development Service
• BSCS Knowledge Base.

Project development of a monitoring system is impossible without solving the scientific methodology problem of selection and justification of controlled structural elements and means of their control. This problem is the biggest challenge in designing BSCS - both from intellectual and material side.

In order to solve it, Monitoring Methodology Development Service was created. Since such characteristics as design, construction materials, and architectural solutions are different at each site, it is necessary to develop monitoring methodology for each site individually. Therefore, this service is not included in Pilot project standard package cost and is developed separately. The cost of this service is formed depending on the complexity of the site.

How does it work?

Pilot project development should be started with development of Monitoring Methodology Development Service. Then by using the Monitoring Methodology you will make Block diagram and Specification – i.e. obtain the basis for project documents by using the relevant services included in this package.

The user is supposed to arrange the data obtained in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation and other regulatory documents in his country.
